Ishinca 5530 m
Mountain located in the Quebrada Ishinca, including two spectacular and gigantic mountains and the Ranrapalca Palcaraju.
Ishinca is a classic mountain 5000 m. and behold a great panoramic view, since its normal route allows to reach a good height in a short time, through a simple route, also has routes of varying difficulty on other faces.
Itinerary:
Duration: 1 hour (car), 5 hours (walking)
Transport to the village of Pashpa, from here walk in flat ascending through the Ishinca valley, about three hours after we arrived at Base Camp Ishinca, from here we get panoramic views of Tocllaraju 6035 m. and Urus 5450 m.
Duration: 8 hours approx.
We leave base camp approx. at 3:00 am The road is uphill for the moraine leading to the glacier, here we are equipped with climbing equipment, from the top 360 ° views you get, you can see mountains like Ranrapalca, Palcaraju , Tocllaraju, Huantsan and others. Then we descend by the same route of ascent to base camp.
Duration: 4 hours (walking), 1 hour (car)
Descend from base camp to the village of Pashpa, then we took the shuttle back to Huaraz.
